1. Nu Wave does not offer Same Day or Next Day shipping. (Orders can still be shipped same day or next day no guarantee.)

2. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of order this does not include Delivery Time.

3. Delivery Time: Once you tracking number is received USPS will deliver within this time frame. Priority Shipping 2-3 Business Day, First Class 4-5 Business days. 

4. All customers must confirm that shipping and email address is correct.

5. I understand that if all mailing information such as apartment and building number are NOT added, all packages will be marked insufficient address and be returned to sender. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN?

1. I understand that Nu Wave Era LLC. is not liable for any lost/stolen packages or missed deliveries.

2. If package is marked as DELIVERED, but you do not receive your products you must contact USPS and file a claim with THEM, Nu Wave Era LLC. is not responsible.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

1. If your package arrives damaged Nu Wave will replace products NO MORE than 7 days after delivery.
